We guarantee that the watch you purchase is 100% authentic, brand new, and all of its parts are original.

Returns and Exchanges

Watches:
  • Watches purchased from Al-Daham (online store only) may be returned within 3 days from the date of receipt.

  • If you wish to return the product, please email us at CC@aldaham.com with your order number.

  • The returned watch and all its accessories must be sent back within 3 days and must be in the same condition as received, in its original box and containing all packaging accessories. Returned products will be carefully inspected. Once received, we will process the return and complete the refund within 14 business days. Please note that return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Perfumes:
  • Perfumes purchased from Al-Daham (online store only) may be returned within 24 hours from the date of receipt.

  • If you wish to return the product, please email us at CC@aldaham.com with your order number.

  • The returned perfume and all its accessories must be sent back within 24 hours and must be in the same condition as received, in its original box and containing all packaging accessories. Returned products will be carefully inspected. Once received, we will process the return and complete the refund within 14 business days. Please note that return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Jewelry:
  • No exchange or return is allowed.

Warranty

We provide a warranty on all watches. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, Al-Daham will repair the watch and the customer will not bear any costs (spare parts, labor, or any other repair costs) during the warranty period.

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Product damage caused by negligence or improper use (such as dropping, scratching, or discoloration) by the buyer.

  • Damage resulting from repairs or modifications carried out by a third party without prior approval from Al-Daham.

  • Wear and tear or damage caused by water or fire.

  • External changes resulting from normal use of the product, including scratches on the watch case or glass, etc.

How Can I Claim the Warranty?

If you believe the damage or defect is covered under warranty, please send an email to customer support at CC@aldaham.com with a description and photo of the issue. Our customer support team will contact you.

Once we receive the product, it will be carefully inspected by our specialized team, and we will inform you whether the defect or damage is covered under warranty. If it is covered, the defective part will be repaired or replaced, and the return shipping costs will be refunded to you.
